We understand that mistakes happen, and if you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, we will provide a refund. However, we do not offer refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or incorrect purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the accidental duplicate purchase and provide evidence of the duplicate purchase. We reserve the right to decline any refund request that does not meet these criteria.
